Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville, and surrounding locations. The Oncology Sales Specialist will promote products within the oncology, hematology, or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation and deliver sales performance. You will bring a deep level of commercial insight, be curious, a lifelong learner, able to lead among peers, proactively serve customer needs, and readily adopt digital tools to couple customer and data insights to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Stimulate competitive growth of sales
  • Personalize and organize engagement with clients for targeted medical professionals, reflecting client preferences, using available content and multiple channels of interaction
  • Strengthen engagement by partnering with medical professionals to establish durable collaboration with the company
  • Ensure a memorable, customer-focused experience, listening to client needs and understanding their medical environment
  • Use available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust relevant plans for client and territory interactions
  • Share information about clients with internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis to support content, campaigns, and engagement plans related to products and metrics
  • Provide value to clients and patients
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement solutions that meet unmet client and patient needs
  • Act with honesty and integrity, treating clients and colleagues transparently and respectfully; address ethical dilemmas and act according to the Ethics Code
