Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation.

Responsibilities

  • Stimulate competitive sales growth
  • Personalize and organize interactions with customers for target healthcare professionals, reflecting customer preferences, using available content and multiple channels
  • Strengthen engagement by partnering with healthcare professionals to establish sustainable collaboration with Novartis
  • Create a memorable, customer-focused experience beyond clinical differentiation, listening to needs and understanding the medical environment
  • Use available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust relevant customer/interactions plans by territory, account and customers
  • Share customer information with internal stakeholders to support content, campaigns and interaction plans tied to products and metrics
  • Benefit customers and patients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet unmet needs of customers and patients
  • Act with integrity and fairness, engaging with customers and colleagues transparently and respectfully; address ethical dilemmas appropriately and adhere to the Novartis Code of Ethics, Values and Behaviors

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in sales within healthcare or related field; strong ethical standards and ability to operate in a regulated environment
  • Preferred: Knowledge of oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio; proven ability to use data-driven insights to drive sales opportunities
