Role Summary

Oncology Sales Specialist, Breast / Womenโ€šร„รดs Cancer - Tampa. Field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in the Tampa Bay area. Develops sales performance and promotes products within the oncology portfolio, with a focus on customer needs and data-driven interaction strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance and promote product(s) within the oncology portfolio.
  • Personalize and organize customer interactions for target healthcare professionals across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop sustained, long-term partnerships for Novartis.
  • Provide customer-centric experiences and understand the healthcare environment beyond clinical differentiation.
  • Leverage data sources to create, prioritize, and adjust territory/account plans; tailor interaction plans accordingly.
  • Share customer information with internal stakeholders to support content, campaigns, and plans.
  • Deliver value to customers and patients; collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions addressing unmet needs.
  • Act with integrity and honesty; uphold Novartis Ethics and Values; speak up when ethical concerns arise.

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in pharmaceutical sales and ability to manage customer relationships; fluency in English (as applicable).
  • Preferred: Knowledge of oncology/heme/rare disease portfolio; strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills; ethical conduct and compliance experience.
