Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will deliver sales performance and promote product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of the company. You will have a deep level of commercial insight, be curious, a life-long learner, lead among peers, proactively aspire to serve customer needs, and adopt digital tools to leverage customer and data insights to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and drive sales growth within the assigned territory for oncology, hematology, or rare disease products.
  • Plan and organize customer engagement activities for target healthcare professionals, reflecting customer needs and utilizing multiple channels.
  • Develop durable relationships with healthcare professionals to foster long-term collaboration for the company.
  • Provide customer-focused experiences that go beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the healthcare environment.
  • Use available data resources to create, dynamically set priorities, and adjust territory/account and interaction plans.
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to support content, campaigns, and interaction plans related to products and indications.
  • Deliver value to customers and patients, collaborate across functions to address unmet needs, and operate with integrity and ethical standards in line with the company's code of conduct.
