Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, focusing on customer engagement and leveraging data to improve sales opportunities. Location is required to be accessible; visa sponsorship and relocation are not provided.

Responsibilities

  • Promote products within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio and drive sales performance.
  • Personalize and coordinate the customer engagement journey for targeted healthcare professionals using available content and multiple engagement channels.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to build engagement and develop a long‚Äëterm, sustainable collaboration with Novartis.
  • Listen to customer needs, understand the healthcare environment, and deliver a customer‚Äëcentered experience that goes beyond clinical differentiation.
  • Create and dynamically prioritize territory, account, and customer interaction plans using available data sources; adjust plans as needed.
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders and support development of product and indication related content, campaigns, and interaction plans.
  • Provide value to customers and patients; design and implement solutions with cross‚Äëfunctional teams while ensuring compliance.
  • Interact with integrity and transparency; act with clear intent and speak up when ethical issues arise, adhering to Novartis ethics, values, and code of conduct.
  • Support and participate in cross‚Äëfunctional teamwork to address unmet customer and patient needs in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in sales or customer engagement within healthcare/pharma; ability to work field-based and remotely; strong ethical standards and compliance orientation.
  • Preferred: Experience in oncology, hematology, or rare diseases; track record of driving sales and building durable customer relationships.
