Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation.

Responsibilities

  • Promote products and drive sales within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio.
  • Personalize and tailor the healthcare professional engagement journey using available content and multiple engagement channels.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to build engagement and develop long-term, sustainable collaboration.
  • Listen to customer needs and understand the medical environment to provide a customer-centric experience beyond clinical differentiation.
  • Use available data sources to create territory, account, and interaction plans, prioritizing and adjusting dynamically.
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders and support development of product and indication-related campaigns and interactions.
  • Provide value to customers and patients, designing and implementing solutions with cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance.
  • Interact with customers and colleagues with transparency and integrity, acting with clear intent and honesty; adhere to Novartis ethics and values.

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in sales within healthcare or related field; strong ethical standards and ability to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of oncology, hematology, or rare diseases; track record of cross-functional collaboration; ability to use data to drive sales opportunities.
