Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. You will engage with customers to improve sales opportunities using data insights and digital tools, while upholding ethical standards and company values.

Responsibilities

  • Promote products and drive sales performance within the oncology/hematology/rare disease portfolio.
  • Personalize and organize interactions with targeted healthcare professionals across multiple channels, reflecting client preferences.
  • Strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals to foster sustainable collaboration with Novartis over time.
  • Deliver a customer-centric experience that goes beyond clinical differentiation by listening to and understanding customer needs.
  • Use data sources to create and adjust plans for customer engagement, territory management, accounts, and customers.
  • Share customer information with internal stakeholders to support content development, campaigns, and engagement plans tied to products and indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address unmet needs of customers and patients.
  • Act ethically and transparently with customers and colleagues, escalating concerns when something seems wrong and adhering to the Novartis Code of Ethics, values and conduct.

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in sales or related customer-facing roles in healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with oncology/hematology products and cross-functional collaboration.
