Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and a pioneer in oncology.

Responsibilities

  • Stimulation of competitive sales growth
  • Personalize and organize client engagement for targeted healthcare professionals, reflecting client preferences, using available content and multiple channels of engagement
  • Strengthen engagement by partnering with healthcare professionals to establish sustainable collaboration with Novartis over time
  • Provide a memorable, client-focused experience beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the medical environment
  • Use available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust relevant engagement plans for clients, territories, accounts, and customers
  • Share client information with internal stakeholders to support content, campaigns, and engagement plans related to products and indicators
  • Deliver value to clients and patients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet unmet needs of clients and patients
  • Act with integrity and honesty, engaging with clients and colleagues transparently and respectfully, following ethical principles and the company code
