Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. You will have a deep level of commercial insight, be curious, lifelong learner, lead among peers, proactively serve customer needs, and adopt digital tools to combine customer and data insights to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive competitive sales growth
  • Personalize and coordinate customer interactions for target HCPs by leveraging existing content and multiple interaction channels while reflecting customer preferences
  • Engage HCPs to build sustainable partnerships for ongoing collaboration with Novartis
  • Listen to needs and understand healthcare settings to deliver memorable, customer-focused experiences beyond clinical differentiation
  • Utilize available data to plan and adjust territory, account, and customer interaction plans
  • Share customer insights with relevant internal stakeholders to support content, campaigns, and interaction plans related to products and indications
  • Collaborate across functions to design and implement solutions that meet unmet customer and patient needs
  • Act with transparency, integrity, and ethics; adhere to Novartis Ethics Rules, Values, and Conduct

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in oncology sales or related field; ability to operate in field-based and remote environments
  • Preferred: Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, customer engagement strategies, and data-driven selling approaches
