Role Summary

Oncology Sales Specialist, Breast / Womenโ€šร„รดs Cancer - Tampa

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will handle delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. You will have a deep level of commercial insight who are curious, life-long learners, lead among their peers, proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, and readily adopt digital tools to couple customer and data insights to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Stimulation of competitive sales growth
  • Personalize and organize customer engagement for target medical professionals, reflecting customer preferences, using available content and multiple channels of interaction
  • Strengthen engagement by partnering with healthcare professionals to establish sustainable collaboration with Novartis over time
  • Provide a memorable, client-focused experience beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the medical environment
  • Use available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust relevant engagement plans for customers and territory
  • Share customer information with internal stakeholders to support content development, campaigns, and engagement plans tied to products and indicators
  • Benefit customers and patients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions addressing unmet needs of customers and patients
  • Act honestly and in good faith, engaging with customers and colleagues with transparency and respect; do the right thing when faced with ethical dilemmas; live by the Code of Ethics, values and behavior of Novartis
