Role Summary

Oncology Sales Specialist, Breast / Womenโ€šร„รดs Cancer - Tampa. This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The role involves delivering sales performance and promoting product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio. The candidate should have strong commercial insight, be a lifelong learner, lead among peers, proactively serve customer needs, and leverage digital tools to connect customer and data insights to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive competitive sales growth
  • Personalize and orchestrate customer interactions for target HCPs by reflecting customer preferences, using available content, and leveraging multiple engagement channels
  • Establish long-term ongoing collaborations with HCPs to benefit Novartis
  • Provide a memorable, customer-centric experience by listening to customer needs and understanding their healthcare environment, going beyond clinical differentiation
  • Use available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust region-, account-, and customer interaction plans
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to support content, activities, and interaction plans related to products and indications
  • Create value for customers and patients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions addressing unmet customer and patient needs
  • Act with integrity and honesty, treat customers and colleagues with transparency and respect, speak up when something seems wrong, uphold Novartis ethics, values, and conduct
