Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will deliver sales performance and promote product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. The role requires commercial insight, curiosity, and the ability to lead among peers while leveraging digital tools to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Stimulate concurrent revenue growth
  • Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for targeted HCPs using available content and multiple engagement channels
  • Build engagement by collaborating with HCPs to develop a sustainable partnership for Novartis over time
  • Deliver memorable, customer-focused experiences that go beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding care environments
  • Utilize available data sources to create relevant territory, account, and customer interaction plans, dynamically prioritizing and adjusting
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to support content, campaigns, and interaction plans for products and indications
  • Deliver value to customers and patients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions addressing unmet needs of customers and patients
  • Act with integrity and honesty toward customers and colleagues in a transparent and respectful manner; adhere to the Novartis code of ethics and values

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in sales or related customer-facing roles; ability to develop and execute customer engagement plans; strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Preferred: Knowledge of oncology, hematology, or rare diseases; cross-functional collaboration experience; strong ethical standards and compliance mindset
