Role Summary

Oncology Sales Specialist, Breast / Womenโ€šร„รดs Cancer - Tampa. Field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in the Tampa Bay area. Delivers sales performance and promotes products within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio. Requires strong commercial insight, adaptability to digital tools, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance and promote product(s) within the oncology portfolio.
  • Personalize and organize customer interactions for target health professionals across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop sustained partnerships with Novartis.
  • Provide memorable, customer-centered experiences by listening to needs and understanding the healthcare environment.
  • Use available data to create, prioritize, and adjust territory, account, and customer interaction plans.
  • Share customer information with internal stakeholders to support content, campaigns, and interaction plans related to the product and indication.
  • Deliver value to customers and patients; design and implement solutions with cross-functional teams to address unmet needs.
  • Act with integrity and honesty, upholding Novartis Code of Ethics and Values; address ethical dilemmas appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in sales within healthcare or related life sciences field.
  • Required: Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
