Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will deliver sales performance and promote product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. The role requires commercial insight, curiosity, ongoing learning, and the use of digital tools to leverage customer and data insights in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Stimulate concurrent revenue growth
  • Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for targeted HCPs using available content and multiple engagement channels
  • Build engagement by collaborating with HCPs to develop a sustainable partnership for Novartis over time
  • Deliver memorable, customer-centric experiences that go beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the care setting
  • Use available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust relevant territory, account, and customer interaction plans
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to inform the development of product- and indication-related content, campaigns, and interaction plans
  • Deliver value to customers and patients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions addressing unmet needs of customers and patients
  • Act with integrity and fairness toward customers and colleagues, uphold the Novartis ethics and values and behaviors

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience in sales or customer engagement within healthcare or life sciences
  • Preferred: Knowledge of oncology, hematology, or rare diseases
  • Required: Ability to work in a field-based and remote environment, travel as needed within the coverage area
