Role Summary

This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting key accounts in Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Claremont, Brooksville and the surrounding area. The Oncology Sales Specialist will deliver sales performance and promote product(s) within the oncology, hematology or rare disease portfolio of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. You will apply commercial insight, continuous learning, and digital tools to improve sales opportunities in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Competitive Sales Growth - Personalize and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs by reflecting customer preferences, leveraging available content and multiple engagement channels
  • Build engagement by partnering with HCPs to develop a sustained collaboration over time for Novartis
  • Deliver memorable, customer-centric experiences by listening to needs and understanding the healthcare environment
  • Leverage data sources to create, prioritize and adjust territory, account and customer interaction plans
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to support content, campaigns and interaction plans
  • Deliver value to customers and patients by collaborating with cross-functional teams to address unmet needs
  • Act with integrity and honesty, treating customers and colleagues transparently and with respect
  • When facing ethical dilemmas, do the right thing and speak up
  • Live by Novartis Code of Ethics and Values and Behaviors
