Role Summary

Oncology Sales Specialist for Breast / Womenโ€šร„รดs Cancer - Tampa (field-based and remote) supporting key accounts in the Tampa Bay area. Promotes products within the oncology portfolio and drives sales performance while leveraging commercial insight, customer-centric strategies, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales performance and promote product(s) within the oncology portfolio.
  • Develop and organize customer-supplier activities for target healthcare professionals, reflecting customer needs and utilizing multiple channels.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with healthcare professionals to develop long-term engagement with Novartis.
  • Provide customer-focused experiences that go beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the healthcare environment.
  • Utilize data resources to create, prioritize, and adjust territory/account interaction plans.
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to support content development, campaigns, and product/indication plans.
  • Deliver value to customers and patients; collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement solutions addressing unmet needs.
  • Operate with integrity and transparency toward customers and colleagues, following the ethical code, values, and conduct of Novartis.
