Oncology Sales Representative (Field-based) β€” Phoenix North, Arizona territory

Responsibilities:
- Attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the geography.
- Build business relationships with key stakeholders; understand practice structure, business model, and influencers.
- Use approved messaging to communicate a patient-centered rationale for oncology product use.
- Apply knowledge of multidisciplinary care, cancer staging, treatment options/pathways/guidelines, and their impact on patients.
- Analyze trends in complex buying environments (GPOs, wholesalers, specialty pharmacies).
- Review/evaluate product purchasing and prescribing patterns (e.g., outpatient vs. inpatient infusion; hospital/GPO contracts).
- Develop and execute short- and long-term plans with the local team and Oncology Customer Team Leader.
- Ask insightful questions to support relevant discussions about the product portfolio.
- Coordinate to ensure a consistent customer experience and share learnings across the in-scope customer team.

Qualifications:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree + 6 years sales experience OR high school diploma + 8 years equivalent experience.
- Equivalent experience may include healthcare/scientific work with oncology (preferred), marketing, military, or non-sales related oncology industry experience.
- Valid driver’s license; reside in/within reasonable distance of the district.
- Travel as required, including overnight travel ~10–15%.
- Preferred: 2+ years oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics; oncology field sales or clinical oncology experience.

Required skills (examples): Account management, customer engagement/relationship management (CRM), data analysis, business relationship building, lead generation, market analysis, oncology/product knowledge, sales forecasting/reporting.

Skills/levels: 0–2 years oncology field sales β†’ S2; 2+ years β†’ S3.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated): Annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable); salary range $142,400–$224,100; comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, retirement/401(k), paid holidays/vacation, compassionate/sick days).
