Oncology Regional Business Director - Northeast

Role: Regional Business Director responsible for launching and commercializing ivonescimab in the U.S. oncology market, focusing on NSCLC and colorectal cancer. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, leading and developing a high-performing oncology sales team, and coordinating cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access. The role involves regional launch planning, performance monitoring, customer relationship management, and market feedback collection to optimize commercial outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field; 10+ years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 5 years in oncology sales leadership; recent experience supporting oncology product launches, especially in NSCLC; proven team leadership, coaching, and sales data analysis skills.
