Oncology Regional Business Director - California South

Role: Regional Business Director leading the launch and commercialization of ivonescimab in the U.S. oncology market. Responsibilities: execute sales strategies, recruit and develop a high-performing oncology sales team, oversee regional launch readiness, monitor performance through KPIs, develop account strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, build customer relationships, and ensure compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related; 10+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience with 5+ years in oncology sales leadership; recent oncology product launch experience, NSCLC expertise preferred; strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and communication skills. High-value: oncology, NSCLC, biologic therapy, Phase 3 clinical trial experience, support for investigational therapy ivonescimab, up to 75% travel. WorkSetup: field-based with regional travel.
