Hybrid role requiring 2β3 days/week onsite at either our Philadelphia, PA (FMC Building) or Durham, NC location.
Responsibilities:
- Define and design short- and long-term oncology pricing & contracting strategies for a portfolio of products.
- Lead development of product launch pricing and contracting strategies.
- Monitor contract performance; inform on current/future state of the business and competitive actions impacted by market trends.
- Partner with stakeholders for tactical execution of contract strategy.
- Ensure strategic and tactical alignment with brand marketing and brand market access.
- Shape the annual business planning process for strategic customer engagement (pricing, contracting guidelines, contract operations).
- Develop business cases for contract review/approval in partnership with legal, brand marketing, market access, and finance.
- Collaborate to ensure enablers for key customer and environmental strategies are in place.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA.
- Experience developing payer/segment insights and integrating them into brand/strategic planning.
- Ability to combine data and qualitative insights to explain market access and business drivers.
- Understanding of corporate finance fundamentals and specialty trade channels.
- Experience hiring/managing third-party vendors.
- Knowledge of provider reimbursement dynamics (e.g., ASP, NCR) and US market access analytics/customer models.
- Experience in matrixed contract approval processes with Legal/Compliance/Contract Operations.
- Experience in specialty or oncology.
