Main Responsibilities
Account Management & Coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with top priority, high strategic value accounts to drive Sarclisa adoption and business growth.
- Develop in-depth account knowledge (strategic goals, value drivers, access stakeholders, metrics, challenges).
- Develop and execute strategic account plans; identify and manage accounts for growth.
- Create account plans with matrix team planning, execution, and influencer mapping; integrate customer segmentation into objectives.
- Lead clinical, economic, and operational advocacy (e.g., KOL endorsement) and ensure coverage across provider pathways, EMRs and/or formularies.
- Manage contracting/product access processes (BID/RFP/PT workflows), financial and clinical evaluation models.
- Serve as point of contact for contracting and pricing with owned accounts.
- Build strategic partnerships; conduct targeted PIE engagements for launch; support contract execution/pull-through.
- Coordinate cross-functionally for launch planning and share customer feedback internally.
Leadership & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and access for account strategy and business planning; lead matrix teams without direct authority.
- Guide field engagement and ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies/account plans.
- Monitor market/competitor trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS required (advanced degree preferred).
- Located in the geography covering the assigned region/accounts.
- 4+ years relevant experience, including healthcare sales/account management.
- Valid driverβs license; travel ~50%.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years oncology key account management experience with population health decision makers/access influencers.
- Leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, consultative problem-solving, strong communication/presentation/negotiation.
- Highly organized, self-motivated; device launch experience preferred.
