Job Summary (Primary Function)
- The Senior Oncology/Hematology Specialist serves as the primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting products.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Travel as required (with accommodations available as needed).
- Engage customers via in-person, virtual, or as requested; ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
- Execute marketing strategies: deliver branded sales messages, disease-state education, and planned promotional programs.
- Act as a role model for ethical behavior; take on additional projects.
- Increase disease state, product, and market knowledge.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy effectiveness; review sales activity and territory analysis.
- Develop and execute territory plans; conduct comprehensive territory analysis.
- Execute POA marketing strategies, drive revenue targets, close access challenges.
- Service/manage accounts: ensure product access and triage medical and reimbursement issues.
- Maintain and communicate current clinical knowledge and clinical benefits.
- Demonstrate core behaviors (Senior OTS career ladder).
- Collaborate with account influencers (e.g., state societies/advocacy groups), regardless of revenue status.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Customer-centric selling approach.
- Demonstrated leadership; fosters inclusive environment.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Proven track record achieving sales targets.
- Relevant sales experience in hematology/oncology (focus on skills/achievements).
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Strong business planning acumen.
- Product โ€œaccessโ€ knowledge.
- Familiarity with local oncology market; understanding diverse patient needs and cultural sensitivities.
- Ability to travel using multiple modes of transportation.
