Job Summary:
The Executive Oncology/Hematology Specialist acts as the primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Incyte’s product.

Responsibilities:
- Travel as required (accommodations available for individuals with disabilities).
- Engage customers in-person, virtually, or as requested; ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
- Execute marketing strategies; deliver branded sales messages and disease-state education; execute promotional programs.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities; actively lead team initiatives with OBD.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the value proposition; assist in future program development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert; provide current clinical knowledge and communicate clinical benefits to external stakeholders.
- Support regional teams on brand strategy, messaging, and Jakafi clinical data.
- Be recognized as a clinical/technical expert in MF and PV.
- Develop best-practice account management strategies for the team/region; ensure inclusivity and collaboration.
- Collaborate with accounts influencing the local market (e.g., State Societies/Advocacy groups).
- Coach others to integrate compliance and ethics; assist OBD in implementing compliance changes.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy and sales effectiveness/territory analysis.
- Assist with marketing execution, access challenges, and revenue targets; exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record (or ability to meet transportation requirements).
- Minimum 2 CM and 3 FE Ratings in the last 5 years; 3 years as a Senior OTS/OAS; FE rating or higher 3 of last 5 years; minimum CM last 5 years.
- 6 years tenure at Incyte.
- Extensive hematology/oncology market experience with successful sales outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to travel using various modes (car/air/train), including overnights.
