Job Summary:
- Acts as the primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Incyte’s product.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel as required (with accommodations available as needed).
- Engage customers via in-person, virtual, or as requested (inclusive and accessible).
- Execute marketing strategies: deliver branded sales messages, disease state education, and planned promotional programs.
- Lead team initiatives in conjunction with OBD.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the organization’s value proposition; assist in future program development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (MF and PV) and provide clinical/technical knowledge and clinical benefits to external stakeholders.
- Support teammates with brand strategy, messaging, and clinical data for Jakafi.
- Develop best-practice account management strategies for the team/region.
- Collaborate with accounts influencing the local market (e.g., state societies, advocacy groups).
- Coach others to integrate compliance and ethics into daily work; support OBD in implementing compliance changes.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy effectiveness, sales activity reviews, and territory analysis.
- Assist in executing marketing strategies, sales messages, promotional programs, addressing access challenges, and achieving revenue targets.
- Develop external relationships and identify new/expanded opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute ideas to area sales strategy; drive Jakafi sales via development plans for major thought leaders.
- Frequently exceeds revenue targets.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record (or ability to meet transportation requirements).
- Minimum 2 CM and 3 FE ratings in the last 5 years; FE rating or higher 3 of last 5 years; minimum CM in last 5 years.
- 3 years as a Senior OTS/OAS.
- Minimum 6 years tenure at Incyte.
- Extensive hematology/oncology market experience with successful sales outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to travel using various modes of transportation; travel level/frequency depends on territory/business need.
- Drive to achieve; product “access” knowledge.
- Effective communication; strong business planning acumen; local oncology market knowledge.
- Customer-centric selling; serve as a role model for core ethical behavior.
