Job Summary (Primary Function)
The Senior Oncology/Hematology Specialist acts as primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting products.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities)
- Travel as required (accommodations available for individuals with disabilities).
- Engage customers in-person, virtually, or as requested; ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
- Execute marketing strategies; deliver branded sales messages and disease state education; execute planned promotional programs.
- Serve as a role model for core ethical behavior.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities.
- Increase disease state, product, and market knowledge.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy; review sales activity effectiveness and territory analysis.
- Develop territory plans; review sales activities; perform comprehensive territory analysis.
- Execute POA marketing strategies; deliver branded sales messages; execute promotional programs; close access challenges and achieve revenue targets.
- Service/manage accounts: ensure product access; triage medical and reimbursement issues.
- Maintain and communicate current clinical knowledge and product benefits to external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate core behaviors in the Senior OTS career ladder.
- Collaborate with accounts that influence the local market (e.g., state societies/advocacy groups).
- Frequently exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Customer-centric selling approach.
- Demonstrated leadership; inclusive mindset.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and satisfactory driving record (accommodations available).
- Proven track record achieving sales targets (performance reviews/sales reports).
- Relevant experience at Incyte or similar organizations.
- Minimum relevant hematology/oncology sales experience (focus on skills/achievements vs. years).
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to travel via multiple modes (level/frequency depends on territory/business need).
- Product โ€œaccessโ€ knowledge.
- Strong communication skills; active listening.
- Strong business planning acumen.
- Familiarity with local oncology market and diverse patient needs/cultural sensitivities.

Salary Range
- $166,000.00 - $210,000.00
