Job Summary (Primary Function)
The Oncology/Hematology Specialist acts as primary customer contact for demand creation by executing the marketing strategy and promoting products.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Engage with customers via in-person, virtual, or as requested, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
- Execute marketing strategies, deliver branded sales messages and disease-state education, and run planned promotional programs.
- Represent the company professionally, compliantly, and ethically.
- Provide feedback on marketing tools/tactics and review the effectiveness of sales activities.
- Use team members to address customer needs and ensure access to Incyte products for patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service through total account management, including ensuring product access and triaging medical or reimbursement issues.
- Demonstrate and communicate deep knowledge of the clinical benefits of products.
- Develop/maintain disease-state knowledge and exemplary selling skills.
- Create and maintain a strategic business plan reflecting local market and account knowledge.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Local Oncology market knowledge (Maine, NH, VT).
- Customer-centric selling approach.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and satisfactory driving record (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to work effectively in matrix teams.
- Ability to gain consistent access and develop relationships with community and academic healthcare providers.
- Documented successful sales performance; strong business analytics and account management.
- Minimum relevant experience in Hematology/Oncology (preference for hematology).
- Several years of successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience (or equivalent).
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Ability to travel using various modes of transportation; overnights based on territory.
- Demonstrated leadership and inclusive mindset.
- Product โ€œaccessโ€ knowledge.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong business planning acumen.

Compensation
- Salary range: $166,000.00โ€“$210,000.00 per year.
