Job Summary (Primary Function)
- The Senior Oncology/Hematology Specialist acts as primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting products.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel as required (reasonable accommodations available).
- Engage customers via in-person, virtual, or as requested, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
- Execute marketing strategies, deliver branded sales messages and disease-state education, and implement promotional programs.
- Serve as a role model for core ethical behavior.
- Take on additional projects; continually increase disease state, product, and market knowledge.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategy; review sales effectiveness and perform territory analysis.
- Develop and maintain territory plans; service and manage accounts, including product access and triaging medical or reimbursement issues.
- Provide current clinical knowledge and communicate clinical benefits to external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate core behaviors outlined in the Senior OTS career ladder.
- Collaborate with local market influencers (e.g., state societies, advocacy groups) regardless of revenue status.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Customer-centric selling approach.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an inclusive environment.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and satisfactory driving record (reasonable accommodations available).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Relevant experience at Incyte or similar organizations.
- Minimum relevant sales experience in hematology/oncology.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills; strong business planning acumen.
- Product โ€œaccessโ€ knowledge.
- Familiarity with the local oncology market and diverse patient needs/cultural sensitivities.
