Job Summary (Primary Function)
The Senior Oncology/Hematology Specialist serves as primary customer contact for demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting products.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities)
- Engage with customers via in-person visits, virtual meetings, or as requested, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
- Execute marketing strategies; deliver branded sales messages and disease state education; execute planned promotional programs.
- Serve as a role model for core ethical behavior.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities.
- Consistently increase disease state, product, and market knowledge.
- Provide feedback on marketing strategies and effectiveness reviews of sales activities and territory analysis.
- Develop and manage territory plans, including comprehensive territory analysis.
- Execute POA marketing strategies; deliver branded messages; execute promotional programs; close access challenges and achieve revenue targets.
- Service and manage accounts by ensuring product access and triaging medical/reimbursement issues.
- Provide current clinical knowledge and communicate clinical benefits to external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate core behaviors outlined in the Senior OTS career ladder.
- Collaborate with accounts influencing the local market (e.g., State Societies, advocacy groups), regardless of revenue generation.
- Frequently exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Customer-centric selling approach.
- Demonstrated leadership; welcomes diverse perspectives and fosters inclusion.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and satisfactory driving record; reasonable accommodations available.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (performance reviews/sales reports).
- Relevant experience at Incyte or similar organizations.
- Minimum relevant sales experience in hematology/oncology; focus on skills/achievements over specific years.
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to travel (car/air/train, including overnights) based on territory/business need; reasonable accommodations available.
- Strong communication skills; active listening.
- Strong business planning acumen.
- Familiarity with local oncology market; understanding diverse patient needs and cultural sensitivities.
- Product โ€œaccessโ€ knowledge.

Pay Range
- USD $166,000.00 - USD $210,000.00 /Yr.
