Role: Field Medical Scientific Expert supporting Pfizer's Thoracic oncology portfolio in New England (MA, ME, VT, NH, CT). Objectives: Deliver scientific education, surface insights to inform medical strategy, support clinical trial site identification and research, and address scientific questions to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Plan and execute medical engagement strategies, serve as a resource for medical information, support clinical trial site identification including underrepresented populations, lead advisory boards, and collaborate with global colleagues on research initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's in health sciences required; PharmD, PhD, or equivalent doctoral degree highly preferred. Experience: 6+ years for PharmD/PhD, 8+ for MBA/MSc, or 10+ for BSc/Ba; recognized as a subject matter expert; strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills; proficiency in digital tools; willing to travel 60-80%. High-Value: Focus on lung/Thoracic oncology, supporting clinical trial site identification, medical content delivery, and patient-centric communication. Work setup: Remote, field-based, with extensive travel within the territory.
