Responsibilities: deliver scientific education to healthcare professionals, surface clinical insights, support trial site identification and investigator-sponsored research, and contribute to medical strategy development. Maintain expertise in thoracic oncology, Pfizer medicines, and current research; serve as a resource for medical information and customer insights; lead advisory boards and collaborate with research and development teams in site selection, especially for underrepresented populations. Requirements: Bachelor’s in health sciences; PhD/PharmD or equivalent preferred; 6-10 years of relevant experience depending on degree; strong communication, leadership, and project management skills; proficiency in digital tools; ability to travel 60-80% and operate a company car; currently reside in MA, ME, VT, NH, or CT.
