Position Summary
The Oncology Case Manager maintains and grows business with existing customers within an assigned territory, managing customer relationships end-to-end from order initiation through delivery of the laboratory report.

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
- Execute customer retention strategies and grow existing accounts.
- Build value-based relationships to increase utilization of products/services.
- Maintain frequent communication with teammates, Customer Support, and Commercial Leadership (feedback, success stories, challenges, best practices).
- Document customer interactions and value-based activities in the CRM.
- Maintain knowledge of products/services, technology platforms, reimbursement/billing, and molecular profiling solutions.
- Communicate with key account stakeholders; escalate issues impacting satisfaction.
- Maintain assigned company equipment and assets.
- Submit required reports/documentation on time.
- Meet/exceed performance goals.
- Support meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
- Assist physicians with ordering and interpretation of the CMI platform (including QC report accuracy; requires access to PHI).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 3+ years account management or customer-facing experience.
- Strong problem-solving/decision-making; understanding of clinic-based business practices.
- Ability to learn proprietary software.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; strong organizational/interpersonal skills.
- Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharma, medical device, or diagnostics.
- Oncology experience.

Additional/Physical Requirements
- Periodic travel (may include evenings/weekends/holidays).
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods; lift routine office materials.
