The Oncology Activation Lead is responsible for translating Brand needs into the plans and roadmaps of the Global Capability Product within the Business Operations and Analytics (BOA) team.
Responsibilities
- Link Franchise needs to Global Capability Product Team; ensure needs are communicated, capabilities are developed, and adoption delivers measurable value.
- Develop activation plans, assess skill gaps, measure outcomes, and adjust plans as needs/adoption evolve.
- Represent the Oncology Franchise to Global Capability Product Teams; partner with product owners on discovery, roadmap planning, and solution design; monitor impact metrics and provide insights.
- Embed new Global Capability Products in Oncology ways of working, including rollout of capabilities (e.g., CRM enhancements, dashboards, website chatbot, Next Best Action, AI-enabled tools).
- Coordinate Field Activators to drive change management and training across Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
- Drive adoption through mindset/behavior change and measurable business impact; evolve processes, training, and communications.
- Support Omnichannel Orchestration execution (planning, alignment, impact measurement) enabling integration of personal and non-personal engagement.
Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in marketing and/or field roles (strongly preferred).
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and design.
- Deep understanding of CRM (sales/service/marketing) and adjacent platforms (journey orchestration, marketing automation, digital engagement).
- Experience driving process changes and introducing new ways of working.
- Experience running pilots, defining success criteria, and leading enterprise change management.
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in Marketing, Omnichannel, or Activation roles.
- Strong collaboration; able to lead/influence without authority.
- Understanding of Product Operating Model and agile methods; organizational change management experience.
- Analyze adoption/utilization/performance data; exceptional communication and storytelling.
