Role Summary

Oncology Account Specialist, NSCLC focusing on Port St. Lucie, FL. Engage NSCLC Oncology specialists and key Oncology customers across academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts to present clinically focused selling messages, build revenue, and achieve product goals. Collaborate with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and Regional Science Managers to address customer needs while complying with all policies governing promotion of pharmaceutical/biological products.

Responsibilities

  • Engage Oncology Specialists (NSCLC) and other key experts within assigned accounts to deliver clinical messages and introduce the launch of LIBTAYO in NSCLC, with aim to grow brand share and revenue.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders (Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, Sanofi Genzyme Field counterparts, Reimbursement Specialists) to resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends, and develop strategies aligned with brand and corporate objectives in the territory.
  • Develop strong working relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
  • Conduct market profiling to understand regional/local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities within accounts and coordinate efforts with the Regeneron Oncology account team, including contracting pull-through.
  • Build relationships across accounts to understand objectives, goals, and challenges, and identify Regeneron Oncology resources aligned to customer needs.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and policies governing customer interactions and ensure ongoing adherence.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree; oncology sales experience (NSCLC preferred) with a minimum of 3 years; buy-and-bill experience with biologics; 3+ years working with key NSCLC thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions; current account management experience with large oncology group practices or IDNs; strong understanding of NSCLC therapeutic area and oncology marketplace; leadership and collaboration skills across organizational structures; willingness to travel and cover a large geography; residence in the territory.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or advanced certifications.
