Oncology Account Specialist -Oncology- Rochester, MN

The Oncology Account Specialist will engage HCPs who treat NSCLC/NMSC patients within specific accounts (academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts). The role focuses on clinically focused selling messages to build and grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals in a compliant manner with integrity, following all policies governing promotion of pharmaceutical/biological products in the US. Collaborate with Reimbursement and Access Specialists and Key Account Managers to address customer needs.
A Typical Day May Include:
- Engage Oncology Specialists (NSCLC/NMSC) and key experts in assigned accounts; deliver clinical messages to grow brand share and revenue.
- Partner with collaboration teams (Regional Director, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, OKALs, Reimbursement Specialists) to resolve customer needs, identify trends, and develop strategies supporting brand/corporate objectives.
- Build strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists.
- Execute market profiling to understand regional/local care delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
- Identify business opportunities and coordinate account team efforts (e.g., contracting pull-through).
- Maintain breadth of relationships within accounts to understand objectives/challenges and identify approved resources aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance through understanding regulations and policies governing customer interactions.

To Be Considered:
- Bachelorโs degree; Masterโs degree or advanced certifications a plus.
- Minimum 3 years successful Oncology sales experience (NSCLC and/or NMSC preferred).
- Buy-and-bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum 3 years working with key NSCLC/NMSC thought leaders/high-influence customers.
- Current account management experience calling on large oncology group practices and/or IDNs.
- Strong understanding of NSCLC/NMSC therapeutic area and oncology marketplace.
- Ability to collaborate across reporting structures and travel to cover large territories.

Salary Range (annually): $154,600.00 - $198,600.00.
