Responsibilities:
- Effectively support Genmabβs Oncology portfolio in the U.S. marketplace.
- Meet or exceed assigned territory sales goals by positioning benefits and use for appropriate patients.
- Demonstrate effective time management by focusing on engagements that drive brand value.
- Develop and implement robust territory business plans; meet or exceed productivity requirements.
- Flex between virtual and in-person engagements; consider account communication preferences.
- Analyze key market data points and translate insights into business planning.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships; use value-based solutions.
- Represent brands professionally, compliantly, ethically, and effectively.
- Articulate value of disease states, Genmab brands, and relevant competitors across digital and live mediums.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reimbursement and injectable medication reimbursement/fulfillment pathways.
- Manage territory resources and budget.
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and Genmab U.S. staff policies.
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales; 3+ years success in Oncology marketplace (Hematology experience preferred).
- Hematology/Oncology launch experience.
- Proven account management and selling competencies; track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Strong business analytics for developing/executing/adjusting territory plans.
- Relationship building in customer influence network; matrix team effectiveness.
- Proficient: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Veeva.
- Flexible; manage multiple tasks; strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication at all levels; excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical standards.
- Must live within assigned geography: Cincinnati/KY.
