Responsibilities:
- Master product clinical knowledge and articulate the value proposition of Avutometinib and Defactinib to customers.
- Meet business objectives compliantly.
- Build and maintain understanding of assigned accounts and key customers and their perceptions.
- Use approved resources to educate stakeholders on product benefits, safety, and side effect management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the patient journey.
- Execute short- and long-term account plans by understanding complex account interdependencies.
- Develop business plans aligned to brand strategic imperatives and allocate promotional resources efficiently and compliantly.
- Analyze business, product, technical issues, and the changing market landscape.
- Ask strategic, insightful questions to identify oncology customer needs across stakeholders.
- Participate in products, skills, and corporate training to improve personal and team skills.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Pull through demand generation efforts with prescribers.
- Identify and analyze trends across drug distribution channels, Oncology GPOs, wholesalers, and specialty pharmacies.
- Provide staff support at exhibits as appropriate.
- Adhere to company compliance guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required.
- 10+ years relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales.
- 5+ years Oncology and/or Rare Disease experience.
- GYN/Oncology preferred.
- Oral drug experience preferred.
- Travel as required (including overnight/weekend); ~50% overnight travel.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to meet customer credentialing and safety requirements (e.g., vaccinations, trainings).
- Passionate, self-motivated; valid driverβs license and clean driving record.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of geography/customer base.
- Experience launching new products and/or indications.
- Geographical account experience and strong relationships.
- Oncology experience in gyn onc/ovarian space.
