The OAM will drive sales performance and develop key relationships with target physicians, non-physician healthcare professionals (HCPs), and other stakeholders (including hospitals and cancer treatment centers) within an assigned geography. The OAM will deliver clinically focused messages that grow revenue and consistently achieve product goals related to the approved product indication.

Territory: Indiana and Kentucky (candidates must be located in territory).

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales results by identifying opportunities and developing strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Demonstrate deep marketplace/therapeutic/product/disease expertise and educate customers on company products per promotion requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, HCPs, office/hospital staff, and others in the patient care continuum.
- Proactively address customer needs, identify market dynamics/trends, and develop local tactics aligned to brand/corporate objectives.
- Analyze data to create and implement territory business action plans (using approved sales tools).
- Identify and build relationships with new targets based on referral patterns and patient migration.
- Understand account decisions affecting product access and plan to support patient access (e.g., formulary placement, EMR inclusion).
- Communicate and collaborate with field partners on issues impacting territory and national markets.
- Demonstrate leadership with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Market Access, Field Reimbursement; COEs, KOLs).
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities per company policies.
- Maximize territory budget to execute strategies and grow the business.
- Understand coding, billing, and reimbursement for HCP-administered product.

Experience & Knowledge (Required/Preferred):
- 7+ years biotech/pharmaceutical sales success; 5+ years account/territory management.
- Relevant Oncology or Rare Disease/Orphan Drug experience with HCP-administered products preferred.
- Experience with product launches; ability to learn/apply technical and scientific information.
- Proven sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments within compliance.
