Oncology Account Manager - Indiana / Kentucky

Territory: Indiana and Kentucky (candidates must live in territory). US Remote (field-based).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales results by identifying opportunities and developing strategic business plans to generate product utilization and grow territory business.
- Deliver clinically focused messages that grow revenue and meet product goals related to the approved indication.
- Demonstrate marketplace, therapeutic, product, and disease expertise; educate customers on approved drug product promotion requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with target physicians, non-physician HCPs, and office/hospital staff across the patient care continuum.
- Proactively assess customer needs and local market dynamics; develop local tactics aligned to brand and corporate objectives.
- Analyze data to create and implement territory business action plans using approved sales tools.
- Identify and build relationships with new targets based on referral patterns and patient migration.
- Plan for patient access to care (e.g., formulary placement and EMR inclusion).
- Collaborate with field partners on issues impacting territory and national markets.
- Lead with internal (e.g., Market Access, Field Reimbursement, Operations, Marketing, Trade and Sales) and external stakeholders (COE decision makers, KOLs, etc.).
- Plan and execute local promotional speaker programs/activities.
- Maximize territory budget allocation to execute strategies and grow business.
- Understand coding, billing, and reimbursement for HCP-administered products.
- Operate in full compliance with policies, codes of conduct/ethics, governance, and applicable law; complete required training.
Experience & Knowledge (Preferred/Required):
- 7+ years biotech/pharma sales success; 5+ years account/territory management.
- Preferred: Oncology or Rare Disease/Orphan Drug experience with HCP-administered products.
- Successful launch execution experience.
- Ability to learn and apply technical/scientific product information.
Education & Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (BA/BS) required.
- Field-based; at least 75% travel for face-to-face customer engagement.
- Live near a major airport; valid driverβs license; able to fly/drive within assigned geography.
- Additional travel for meetings/trainings/programs as needed.

- Eligible for standard company benefits (medical, dental, vision, time off, 401k) and annual incentive plans.
- Annual salary range: $160,000β$214,000.
