Territory: Phoenix North, Scottsdale, West Valley, Northern Arizona.

Position Summary:
Manage a defined territory to build trusted partnerships with oncology care teams. Develop and deliver territory plans to improve patient access and drive measurable results. Collaborate with medical affairs, market access, and commercial operations to solve patient/provider challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with oncologists, nurse navigators, specialty pharmacists, and institutional accounts.
- Create and execute clear territory business plans aligned with regional and national goals.
- Identify high-value prescribers/accounts and focus resources on clinical and operational priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve patient access and support timely availability of therapies.
- Use customer insights/data to prioritize actions, set measurable goals, and track performance.
- Support launches and local field programs through coordinated, compliant activities.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (BA/BS).
- Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical/biologic/specialty sales or clinical oncology experience with direct physician or institutional engagement.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; ability to drive in assigned territory.
- Residence within or near assigned territory; relocation assistance not provided.
- Travel within territory and occasionally beyond (typical up to 20%).

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years oncology or specialty sales (health system/institutional account experience preferred).
- Hematology/solid tumor experience; infusion therapies or complex product handling.
- Specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account-based strategy familiarity.
- Proven ability to build/execute territory plans and meet targets; strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Work arrangement: Field-based; driving is essential; regular travel within territory and occasional beyond.
