Territory: Nashville, TN (including Owensboro, Bowling Green, Murfreesboro, Jackson, Paducah and Henderson). Candidates should live in the Nashville area.

Position Summary:
- Manage a defined territory to build trusted partnerships with oncology care teams, create/execute territory business plans to improve patient access, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts.
- Create and execute territory business plans aligned with broader commercial goals.
- Identify key prescribers/accounts and apply resources to support their needs.
- Work with cross-functional partners to improve patient access and ensure timely therapy availability.
- Use customer insights/data to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performance.
- Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated, compliant field programs.

Basic Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biologic/specialty sales or clinical oncology experience with direct physician/institutional engagement.
- Valid driver’s license; driving is essential.
- Residence within assigned territory; relocation assistance not provided.
- Travel within territory and occasionally beyond (including overnight stays/weekend conferences); up to 30–50%.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years oncology/specialty sales (health system/institutional account experience preferred).
- Hematology/solid tumor experience; infusion product experience.
- Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, payer engagement, or account-based strategies.
- Proven ability to create/deliver territory plans and meet measurable targets.
- Strong organization; ability to balance priorities/deadlines.
- Clear written/verbal communication.

Work Arrangement:
- Field-based; most work in territory with regular travel. Driving is essential.
