Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals and ensure high-quality customer interactions while navigating account dynamics that influence patient access.
- Execute account-based plans to provide solutions to HCPs, care teams, and decision makers at cancer centers, enabling education on clinical benefits, safety profile, and appropriate patient selection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (marketing, medical affairs, market access) using compliant communication to optimize product positioning and reimbursement strategies.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing culture through continuous self-development and accountability, integrity, and grit.
- Assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and access barriers to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies governing activities.
- Represent the company at national and regional oncology congresses and industry events.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Technical Proficiencies:
- Proven track record launching products and driving sales growth in competitive oncology markets.
- Established relationships with medical oncologists, gynecologic oncologists, and cancer centers in the assigned region.
- Deep knowledge of geography-specific drivers, including treatment pathways, local market dynamics, and reimbursement landscape.
- Strong business acumen; ability to analyze data and develop strategic action plans.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced launch environment.
- Willingness to travel 50–75% within the territory.

Preferred Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, or related).
- 10 years industry sales experience; 5+ years in oncology sales (preferred: gynecologic oncology/ovarian cancer or related oncology subspecialties).
- Experience launching a new oncology product in a start-up or growth-stage pharmaceutical company.
