Position Summary
Oncology Account Executive driving sustained territory growth through new account acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships. Role includes strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and high-touch account management for Caris tumor profiling solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new account acquisition and organic growth via strategic prospecting, value-based selling, and clinical education.
- Position Caris as preferred or sole-source provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
- Analyze territory opportunities; develop sales plans to meet growth objectives.
- Meet/exceed assigned revenue, activity, and performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent in-person engagement.
- Ensure seamless customer experience across full order lifecycle; escalate issues as needed.
- Execute retention strategies; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Engage oncology clinicians across clinics, pathology labs, and hospitals.
- Support physicians with ordering and interpreting the CMI platform (including PHI access when required).
- Advise on portals, EMR integrations, and workflows; maintain knowledge of molecular profiling/biomarkers and competitors.
- Provide consultative guidance on billing, reimbursement, and payer dynamics.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Regional Business Directors, Commercial Leadership; maintain CRM documentation and required admin tasks; support meetings/conferences/trade shows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years relevant sales experience.
- Strong oncology practices and molecular diagnostics knowledge; billing/reimbursement knowledge.
- Excellent communication/relationship-building; manage multiple priorities in matrix environment.
- Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; regular travel.
- Successful completion of pre-employment requirements (criminal background check, drug screening, credit check for certain roles, and reference verification).

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years oncology or molecular diagnostics sales.
- Established oncology/pathology relationships; familiarity with hospital systems/pathology networks.
