Position Summary
- Drive sustained territory growth through new account acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships.
- Provide high-touch consultative selling for tumor profiling solutions.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from order initiation through report delivery; support adoption and utilization.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Territory Growth: Prospect strategically; deliver value-based selling and clinical education; position Caris as preferred/sole-source; analyze territory opportunities; meet/exceed revenue and performance targets.
- Account Management & Customer Experience: Build customer relationships via in-person engagement; ensure seamless full order lifecycle experience; communicate with stakeholders and escalate when needed; run retention and identify upsell/cross-sell.
- Clinical & Technical Expertise: Engage oncology clinicians and allied teams; support physicians with CMI platform ordering/interpretation (including PHI access when required); advise on portals, EMR integrations, and workflows; maintain knowledge of molecular profiling/biomarkers/competitors.
- Business, Reimbursement & Market Insight: Advise on billing/reimbursement/payer dynamics; support lab reimbursement and operational workflows; share market/competitive insights.
- Collaboration & Administration: Coordinate with Client Services, Regional Business Directors, and Commercial Leadership; maintain CRM documentation; manage company assets; support meetings/trade shows; other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years relevant sales experience.
- Strong oncology practices and molecular diagnostics knowledge.
- Billing/reimbursement knowledge.
- Excellent communication/relationship skills; manage priorities in matrix environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; travel regularly.
- Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years oncology/molecular diagnostics-focused sales.
- Established oncology/pathology relationships; familiarity with hospital systems/pathology networks.

Additional / Physical Demands
- Ability to sit/stand for extended periods; lift routine office materials.
- Travel required (may include evenings/weekends/holidays).

Annual Hiring Range
- $125,000 - $165,000.
