Job Overview:
OE Lead – Business Transformation focusing on enabling work and workforce transformation by embedding directly into high-impact, business-led initiatives. Works at the intersection of technology, business, and people to drive organizational transformation, adoption, and workforce readiness within priority AI use cases. Partners with AI Product Owners, AI CoE, business leaders, and HRBPs to address operating model, workforce, and change implications early and integrate them into delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Embed transformation, change, and readiness within priority AI use cases from inception through scaling.
- Lead change management and workforce readiness for assigned use cases (adoption, role clarity, leadership alignment, sustained behavior change).
- Integrate organizational, workforce, operating model, and adoption considerations into solution design/delivery.
- Partner to identify/address organizational implications of AI-enabled workflows.
- Support organization design and operating model considerations (roles, decision rights, ways of working, collaboration).
- Enable workforce readiness and role evolution to operationalize AI capabilities.
- Develop repeatable/scalable transformation frameworks, criteria, playbooks, and readiness assessment methods.
- Contribute to scaling architecture (standards, tools, governance, communities of practice).
- Promote consistency/quality/enterprise alignment; act as connector between local use case teams and central OE/HR.

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (OD, Business Admin, HR or related) with 12+ years, or Master’s with 10+ years in OE/OD/consulting/workforce transformation/HR/business strategy.
- 12+ years leading complex global transformation (organizational change, workforce readiness, organization design/operating model evolution); digital/AI transformation preferred.
- Strong change management expertise; Prosci certification preferred.
- Ability to partner with senior leaders; strong facilitation/influencing/communication.
- Experience collaborating with HRBPs and HR COEs (Org Design, Talent, Total Rewards, Learning).
- Strong analytical and systems thinking; leverages qualitative/quantitative data.
- Ability to prioritize in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; lead through influence.

Compensation & Benefits (if eligible/mentioned):
- Salary range: $210,375.00–$272,250.00. May be eligible for discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and benefits including company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
