Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities:
- Develop the occupational health (OH) services for GSK sites in the Pennsylvania area in line with OSHA and GSK standards.
- Deliver high-quality clinical occupational health services at relevant onsite clinics (travel required), including injury management, fitness for duty, accommodation management, and health surveillance in conjunction with the existing OH provider.
- Assure OH service delivery and apply a continuous improvement approach to service quality and the employee experience.
- Stay current on clinical/technological/professional changes in occupational health and safety and meet all continuing education requirements for federal and state licensure for APP.
- Represent the GSK OH service at site in collaboration with site leadership and stakeholders including EHS, HR, and Facilities.
- Support employees with filing Workers Compensation claims for work-related illness and injury.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- CRNP (MSN with AANP or AANC national certification + state licensure) OR PA-C (MSPAS with licensure in an affiliated US state).
- Ability to maintain an unrestricted nurse practitioner or physician assistant license in Pennsylvania.
- 8+ years of clinical experience.
- 1+ years of occupational health experience.
- On-site role.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry.
- Experience in a matrix organization while working autonomously.
- 2+ years management experience.
