Nurse Case Manager (West Region)

Role: Senior Nurse Case Manager (NCM) supporting rare disease therapies, responsible for clinical education, care coordination, and access support from therapy initiation onward. Responsibilities: serve as a primary contact for patients/caregivers, provide non-promotional education, coordinate benefits verification, prior authorizations, and care transitions; manage case documentation, escalate complex issues, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacovigilance standards. Requirements: active U.S. RN license, Bachelor’s degree (BSN preferred), minimum 8 years nursing experience with at least 5 in case management, preferably in rare diseases or specialty therapeutics; expertise in infusion therapies and specialty pharmacy processes.
