Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build a strategic territory plan aligning shared priorities to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Use market and competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Leverage territory data and trends to generate insights, support pull-through efforts, and engage customers (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex challenges and collaborate across functions.
- Provide real-time access support and work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (4-year).
- Experience (within last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales with large, geographically dispersed teams; Associate level: limited prior sales experience acceptable.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts and key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles of territory border); travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license; ability to drive/fly.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy & bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Training:
- Complete initial training (field roles with dedicated training period): home study β€8 hours/day and β€40 hours/week.
