Neuroscience Territory Account Specialist β St. Louis

Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned key accounts; build relationships and identify shared priorities to improve patient outcomes.
- Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions; develop and execute a strategic territory plan.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to provide access support (with Patient Specialty Services) and deliver seamless customer experience.
- Use market/territory data to find local insights, support pull-through, and lead engagements (virtual/in-person).
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions; anticipate opportunities and respond to challenges with agility.
- Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 2β10+ years (level-dependent) in specialty pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex, customer-facing sales environments (military leadership acceptable for Associate); proven track record selling to large accounts.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical, compliance-minded leadership.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license.
Desirable:
- Therapeutic/disease-state and account management experience; new product launch experience.
- Knowledge of patient services/market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Compensation & Benefits (US eligible):
- Performance cash incentive; possible annual equity (level-dependent).
- Salary range by level: Associate $77β143k; TAS $93.8β174.2k; Senior $119.7β222.3k; Executive $132.3β245.7k.
