Territory Account Specialist (TAS)

Responsibilities:
- Navigate and resolve account challenges with effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
- Apply market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insight to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to generate local insights, support pull-through, and lead virtual/in-person customer engagements.
- Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex challenges across functions.
- Provide real-time access support; work closely with Patient Specialty Services (PSS).
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years (associate level: limited sales experience encouraged).
- Proven success selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside in territory (or within 50 miles of territory border); travel 60–80%; ability to drive/fly; valid driver’s license.

Qualifications (Preferred):
- Experience across therapeutic areas/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services/market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP calling.

Leveling (by experience): Associate (4+ yrs military leadership or limited sales); TAS 2+ yrs; Senior 5+ yrs; Executive 10+ yrs.

Compensation/Benefits (US eligible):
- Salary ranges: $77k–$143k (Associate); $93.8k–$174.2k (TAS); $119.7k–$222.3k (Senior); $132.3k–$245.7k (Executive).
- Performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity (level-dependent).

Training: For field roles with dedicated training period, complete initial training/home study (≀8 hrs/day, ≀40 hrs/week).
