Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve challenges within assigned accounts using effective, tailored solutions.
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
- Partner with territory teammates and home-office colleagues to provide access support.
- Apply market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional insight to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
- Use territory data and market trends to uncover local insights, support pull-through, and lead customer engagements (virtual or in person).
- Facilitate planning sessions with key stakeholders to solve complex issues across functions.
- Deliver real-time access support and partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
- Use digital tools and omnichannel strategies to personalize outreach (virtual and face-to-face).

Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years (last 5 years) experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex sales environments with large, geographically dispersed teams; associate level: limited sales experience acceptable.
- Proven performance in navigating and selling to large accounts/key customers.
- Self-starter with analytic skills and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic/disease areas, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Driving is essential.
